AMSOIL First in Synthetics

Converting to AMSOIL Synthetics is easy to do.

AMSOIL should only be used in mechanically sound equipment. If the equipment is using or leaking excessive amounts of lubricants, AMSOIL may not be the right choice unless there is a particular service requirement you are trying to solve. My older farm pick-up has several oil leaks but still has 100% AMSOIL lubricants because it will always start and function even in our cold winters here in Idaho. The added reliability is worth several quarts of makeup oil over the year to me!

First you need to obtain the correct fluid for your particular equipment application. Your equipment owner's manual is always a good place to start.

If you have a car or light duty application (1980 or newer) you can use the ONLINE PRODUCT APPLICATION GUIDE or contact C & C Enterprises to obtain the necessary information. We can even help with an older vehicle.

For Heavy Duty and Off Road applications you can use the Off-Highway and Heavy Duty Truck Application Lookup or contact C & C Enterprises for help.

Since our fluids meet all the required specifications required by equipment manufacturers all you need to do is remove the old fluids and replace with AMSOIL. What little fluid that remains in the equipment will mix with the AMSOIL without adverse results.

When converting your gasoline or diesel engine, we will recommend using an engine flush to help remove the varnish, sludge and other buildup left behind by petroleum oils. This is a one-time flush and is recommended whenever the engine has more than 15-20,000 miles or 300 to 400 hours of service. One can treats a sump capacity of 4-6 quarts. We do not use the engine flush in motorcycles, ATV's etc that have a wet clutch that is common with the engine or in any other applications such as transmissions etc.

If you do not perform the service on your vehicles yourself it is OK. Most service facilities will change your fluids if you bring in your own products and only charge for the labor and disposal fees as appropriate. Call your local service provider and inquire about their policy and charges.

C & C Enterprises can assist you with all your conversion questions. We are here to assist you with your lubrication needs.
